When you have a question about using the system, you can do the following:

Support services are subject to the prices, terms, and conditions agreed upon in your contract. When you call for support, you should be at your computer with the application running and the documentation available. Be prepared to give the following information:

  • A description of what you were doing when the problem occurred.
  • A description of the system or error message you received when the problem occurred.
  • A description of how you tried to solve the problem.
