Delete Loan

LoanCatcher℠ provides the option to permanently delete a loan. Deleting a loan eliminates it from the dashboard and MCR Report.

Note
Once a loan is deleted, it cannot be recovered.

  1. Click anywhere in the light grey header, for the desired loan.

    Select loan screen

    The left navigation column displays loan options, including Delete Loan. The Delete Loan option is also available in the left frame while in the loan file.

  2. Select Delete Loan.

  3. Select Confirm to permanently delete the loan.
