Loan Application
Review the Application Entry video in the Resources & Videos section for additional information.

Click New Loan from the Pipeline view.

Select New App from the drop-down list.

Enter the loan purpose, Occupancy Type and Zip Code. LoanCatcher℠populates the State based on the Zip Code.

Click Create New Application.
A loan number is assigned and the Application page opens.
The Application page contains three tabs: Loan Center, Loan Summary and Loan Application. -
Select the Loan Application tab to begin the application. LoanCatcher℠’s application layout follows the redesigned URLA/Form 1003 (Effective 1/2021).

Use the left navigation menu to move around the loan application.
As data is entered,LoanCatcher℠ automatically saves the loan application after 120 seconds of inactivity. An alert and countdown are displayed at the bottom of the page.

Click SAVE LOAN to manually save the loan.

Preview the application in standard URLA PDF format by clicking the Action Bar > Documents > URLA section:
- NEW 1003: Freddie Mac Form 65 / Fannie Mae Form 1003 (Effective January 2021)
- OLD 1003: Freddie Mac Form 65 7/05 (rev.6/09) / Fannie Mae Form 1003 7/05 (rev.6/09)
The screen splits into 2 sections. The left side displays the Loan Application page and the right side displays a PDF of the URLA.

Navigate and review the pages using the PREVIOUS and NEXT links or the scroll bar.

Click DOWNLOAD in the upper right corner to download the PDF.

Click the icon to close the preview.
Select the Add Coborrower check box to add a co-borrower to the loan application.
Once the Subject Property information is entered, LoanCatcher℠ verifies the address with the United States Postal Service. If applicable, a dialog opens providing a corrected address.
After the Loan Application is completed, the remaining tasks include pulling a credit report and completing the Pricing screen.

Select either Loan Summary or Loan Center to pull credit.

Click PULL CREDIT.
Information entered in the Loan Application carries over to the Pull Credit page.
The Pull Credit screen is generated.

Check the box to confirm that consent to pull a credit report was received.

Scroll to the bottom of the page to verify that the Loan Information and Credit Vendor sections are completed.

Verify all information entered is accurate, an error could result in a corrected credit report being required.

Click PULL CREDIT.
The lowest middle score is highlighted in bold after credit pull is complete.

Click Credit Report to view the report.
A PDF of the credit report is available from the Loan Center, Loan Summary and Documents pages.

Click Pricing on the Pull Credit screen to access the Pricing screen. Alternatively, click Pricing on the left side navigation menu.

Review the pre-populated information and update as necessary.
Information from the Loan Application and the credit report is carried over to the Pricing page.
Complete the applicable pricing process.
Click Select to select the desired pricing.

Check the Use Manual Pricing box in the upper right corner.

Complete the Manual Options sections.

Click Save Options in the lower left corner.

Click the Loan Center tab after a pricing selection is completed.

Click RUN VALIDATIONS.
Result: LoanCatcher℠ verifies that all required data is entered for successful status progression. Any missing data is displayed.

Review status progression.

Click Show Me to access the applicable input screen.

Address all critical items before proceeding.
Click Override Loan Status - only if minor items remain that will not be addressed.ote
LoanCatcher℠ recognizes a full application once the minimum 6 TRID triggers are provided:

Name
-
Social Security Number
-
Income
-
Subject property address
-
Loan amount
-
Estimated property value
A TRID Trigger Warning will display when the 6th trigger is entered. Click CONFIRM to change the status to Application.
Registration status is applied when a file is prepared for registration in the lender site, disclosure creation, and delivery. The loan officer manually sets this status when ready.
Click MOVE TO REGISTRATION on the Loan Status Summary.
The Status Move dialog displays.
Click CONFIRM.
The status is updated and indicated on the Loan Status Summary with a star icon in the status.
