Mortgagee Clause

The Mortgagee Clause option allows the lender information to be stored, saved and reused as needed by LoanCatcher℠ users in a document. LoanCatcher℠ includes some mortgagee clause options and allows users a to add lender information as well.

  1. Select the desired loan.

  2. Click on Documents option, on the left hand menu.

  3. Click the Generate Documents button.

  4. Scroll to the desired document and click on it to generate it.

    In this example Title Request is selected.

  5. Click Scopes drop down.

  6. Select the applicable Lender and information.

    When pricing is selected by a user with Loansifter integration the drop-down would filter accordingly to that selection

    The Lender address, legal name and additional specific entity information pre-fills on the document.

Alternatively, when the company is not in the Scopes drop down complete the following: 

  1. Click Add Address.

  2. Enter specific lender information.

  3. Click Accept.

Once the Lender is added it displays in the list.
