Mortgage Call Report (MCR)

Scroll to the Admin section in the left hand navigation.

Click MCR Report.
Access to the MCR Report link is limited to system administrators and users assigned the reporting role. -
Select the Quarter option drop-down.

Select the desired time period. The drop-down list reflects a quarterly 2-year history.

Review the screen. It lists all applicable files specific for the quarter time frame selected. An alert message identifies loans that are missing required data.
The alert triggers from the following data points:

Subject Property State,
-
Loan Amount, Pricing Information (amortization type, fixed payment years, loan type),

Property Type,
-
Loan Purpose,
-
Loan Officer,
-
Broker Compensation

-
Click the Filters drop down to refine the results to your preference as you review the mortgage call report data.

AC010: Applications In Process at the Beginning of the Period

AC020: Applications Received

AC030: Applications Approved but not Accepted

AC040: Applications Denied

Select the Missing Data option under Filters to focus instantly on files missing requiring data.
Files with missing data are designated with an exclamation icon on the right side.

Click the exclamation icon to see missing data for the file.
The Edit Loan Data link in the lower right corner offers quick file access for data input. The loan number is a hyperlink to the full loan file.Make all necessary data updates and/or corrections. Refresh the page after changes have been made.

Click Download Report. A CSV file is saved to the Downloads folder.
Alternatively, click Download as XML.
