Setup - Mortgagee Clauses
The Mortgagee Clauses section is optional. LoanCatcher℠ has a global set of lenders and mortgagee clauses.
The Mortgagee Clause option allows the lender information to be stored, saved and reused as needed by LoanCatcher℠ users in a document. LoanCatcher℠ includes some mortgagee clause options and allows users to add lender information as well.

Click the Edit on the Mortgagee Clauses card.

Select Add Lender Address button.

Complete the screen.

Click Accept.
Once Lenders are added they display in the list. After the lender is on the list, it can be selected and populates the applicable documents, such as Title or Homeowner Insurance request, when using Generate Documents.
