Stripe Terms of Service

The credit card processor for this transaction is Stripe, Inc. (“Stripe”) and its affiliates. Stripe will be acting as a third-party service provider for payment services (e.g., card acceptance, merchant settlement, and related services). Neither ICE Technologies, LLC nor any of its affiliates are a party to any such transaction made utilizing Stripe. By submitting payment, the individual entering payment information and, if applicable, the entity on whose behalf the individual is hereby making payment (collectively “Client”) agree to be bound by Stripe’s Privacy Policy (currently accessible at https://stripe.com/privacy) and its End User Terms of Service (currently accessible at https://stripe.com/legal/end-users) and hereby consent and authorize Stripe to share any information and payment instructions Client provides to the minimum extent required to complete Client’s transaction. Client also acknowledges that Stripe may utilize resources outside of the United States for processing of payment services and ancillary services. By using this payment service, Client acknowledges and agrees that Stripe is not a vendor of ICE, and that ICE does not control and cannot be held liable for the security or performance of Stripe, and such use is solely at Client’s discretion. Client further acknowledges that ICE provides no warranty of any kind with respect to any services provided by Stripe. Client hereby agrees to hold ICE harmless for any losses, damages, claims, penalties, causes of action or fines to the extent caused by Stripe’s performance of payment processing services.

For clarification, the terms and conditions governing Client’s access and use of the Technology Solutions provided by ICE are governed by the existing agreement by and between Client and ICE for such Technology Solutions.
