Setup - Automated Underwriting Service (AUS) Freddie Mac

The AUS section is recommended. LoanCatcher℠ is integrated with Automated Underwriting Systems (AUS). Integrations and credentials are configured in this section.

Add New Vendor - Freddie Mac Loan Product Advisor ®

There are pre-requistes before completing this section: 

  • active account with Freddie Mac.

    Note
    Access the Freddie Mac webpage and establish an account if one does not exist.

  • after the loan seller number ( TPO number) is established, an active integration with a credit provider; and four digit branch identifier (Branch ID) is required

  • contact the current active credit provider to setup a lender branch identifier (Branch ID). This creates a link between the Freddie Mac Loan Product Advisor® account and the credit provider account.

  • Enter this is four digit number in the Credit Vendor Section.

    Note
    The Branch ID must be entered when setting up the credit vendor in LoanCatcher℠ for this function to work.

Save Credentials

The following information from Freddie Mac is required in order to proceed. Enter the following:

  • User name for your system to system integration account (Example username: nfl31_61 sys2sys)

  • Password for the system to system integration account

  • Freddie Identifier either:

    • TPO number assigned by Freddie Mac or

    • Loan Seller Number assigned by Freddie MAC if applicable

  • Toggle on Active

  • Click Save Credentials and Freddie ID
