Setup - Pricing

The Pricing section is recommended. LoanCatcher℠ is fully integrated with Loansifter. There are two options: 

  • Live Pricing: A 30 day trial of Loansifter is included with access to 120+ lenders (trial available for new clients only). After initial setup in the Loansifter platform, all live pricing is available directly in your LoanCatcher PPE.

  • Manual Pricing: Over 200 lenders are added to a dropdown list for selection and manual pricing can be added for any application in your PPE.

A Loansifter account is required for live pricing.

New Loansifter clients must create an account first. The links are provided and prompts through LoanCatcher℠. The first month is free for new clients when using the promo code provided. Review the Setup - LoanSifter Activation for additional information on our promo code, obtaining a 30 day free trial and enabling LoanCatcher℠.

Note
After the Loansifter account is created, all users complete the same steps.

  1. Verify that LoanCatcher℠ is enabled in the Loansifter account.

  2. Toggle on the Active function on the Loansifter pricing card in LoanCatcher℠

  3. Check Enable Borrower Pricing to allow clients to See Rates from your POS (this only has to be completed by an admin).

    Note
    This function allows a borrower to go through a series of questions to See Rates and moves into an application.

  4. Provide Borrower Pricing Credentials Username.

    Often it is the same as the Loansifter user name.

  5. Select User Credentials tab to enter Loansifter user credentials.

  6. Enter credentials and wait for validation.

    Note
    Every user must enter credentials in the system and input the Loansifter user name to utilize live pricing.

  7. Click Save after the user name is validated.
